Client Preparation and Aftercare
To make the most of your Infinity Sun Tan, these very important steps must be taken.
Preparation
*Shower
*Shaving and waxing should be done 8 hour prior to tanning.
*Exfoliate with Infinity Sun's non-abrasive polisher. Only use an abrasive exfoliant up to 3 days prior to your Infinity Sun session as this will create abrasions that will interfere with the evenness of the application.
*Do not wear lotion
*Do not wear deoderant
*Remove contact lenses and jewelry.
*Indulge in the Infinity Sun Prep Gel
*Wear loose, dark clothing and open toed sandals
Aftercare
*Wait at LEAST 12 hours before showering, bathing, swimming, moisturizing, or partaking in any strenuous activity that could cause sweating.
*Use a gel based, moisturizing soap (not bar soap) when showering or bathing. Gently pat the skin dry. No deoderant soaps or Dove soap/shower gel.
*Use only NEW razors to gently shave the skin.
*Use the Extend or Extend with Shimmer (preferably at night) to keep skin hydrated and make the tan last longer. Moisturize often, but avoid Curel brand lotions.
*Use the Infinity Sun aerosol to touch up the face, hands and feet between Infinity Sun sessions
*Avoid exfoliating skin or products that exfoliate the skin such as AHA, BHA, anti aging products as well as acne products, Retin-A, body hair bleach, depilatory hair and wax hair removers.
*Avoid spraying perfume/body sprays onto the tanned area of the skin.
*Avoid make-up removers and toners containing alcohol or witch hazel.
